"Responding Climate Change"

The Philippines has experienced temperature spikes brought about by climate change. It has been observed that warming is experienced most in the northern and southern regions of the country, while Metro Manila has warmed less than most parts. In addition, the regions that have warmed the most (northern Luzon, Mindanao) have also dried the most. Largest precipitation trends are about 10 percent during the 20th century.Hot days and hot nights have become more frequent. Extreme weather events have also occurred more frequently since 1980. These include deadly and damaging typhoons, floods, landslides, severe El Niño and La Niña events, drought, and forest fires. Adversely affected sectors include agriculture, fresh water, coastal and marine resources and health.

♥ 고맙습니다 선생님! ♥ (thank you teacher!)

They said teachers are our second mother because while we are in school, our parents are not with us and only teachers are in school. This teachers are the one who teaches us many things.
I really admire and idolize teachers because they really treat their students as their own children. They shoul be awarded by their thoughtfulness and patience in teaching their students. I wonder why, why teachers are one of the workers who have little salary. They deserve to have the highest amount of salary bacause without them there will be no professional doctors, nurses, etc.
This I thank all the teachers in the whole world for their dedication. We learned and will learn a lot. KRAMMSAMMIDA teacher ♥♥ ^__^

♥ "My Real Hero" ♥

When I was young, i used to believe in Heroes with super powers, and can fly in the air are just stories. But as i grow up, i realized that even in real life we have heroes. We just dont notice them. They are not likely as the heroes in stories who fight monsters and *poff* they just save the world. .
Police are one of our heroes this modern day. But me, my modern hero is my mother. She is my shield, my shelter. She sacrifices a lot for us to eat three times a day. she saves us from accidents. she scolds us for us to know what is right or wrong. She cooks very delicious foods for us. she also help other people. She is the best!! I LOVE HER!! ♥____♥

Isulong ang Breastfeeding: Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo

What would happen this july? Its Nutrition Month! "Isulong ang Breastfeeding Tama, Sapat at Ekslosibo" thats the theme of the said celebration. this could help Pregnant mommies to use brestfeeding instead of powdered milk. Breastfeed is healthy for new born babies for them to be strong while growing. Powdered Milk can cause side effects to babies, it could harm them. so to be sure use breastfeed for your babies.
The milk of a dog, is for puppies. The milk of a pig is for pigglets. And the milk of a cow is for a baby cow. So why are you going to let your baby drink the milk of an animal? Is your baby an animal? Thats a big NO! breastfeed is the best for your babies. The Calcium makes the bones strong. A big NO to powdered milk and a YES for breastfeed.
Lets all encoureage other momies to choose breastmilk for their babies. Because its the best way to make their bones strong while they are still infants.
